Our Coach and food blogger Ilaria, the daughter of the dairy’s owner, will welcome you at her family business for a unique day including: food tour + culinary team building + lunch + food shopping!

Our culinary team building is designed and personalized for those who want an event where cooking and eating will become a life experience. The division into teams, the various objectives to be achieved, the times to be respected: our cooking school becomes team building.

ACTIVITY SCHEDULE

  • Ilaria, daughter of a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese producer, will welcome you at the venue with an aperitif featuring local products and will tell you about her family company story, aka Wellbeing company.
  • Culinary Team Building to strengthen professional relationships and cooperation while having fun.
  • Division into teams – each guest will actively participate in the cooking.
  • Parmigiano Reggiano Experience: discover all the secrets of the King of cheeses guided by Ilaria through the cheese making process.
  • Lunch to enjoy typical "0 Miliage" products from the farm and local producers in the Food Valley to share with your team not only the experience you just had, but also the values of a sustainable and certified economic model.
  • Duration: 4-5 hours including lunch

Parmigiano Reggiano and many other products used in the restaurant are zero-mileage . You can find a special selection of Parmigiano Reggiano, Salami, fresh pasta and other local products in the Agribottega, the farm shop next to the restaurant.
