A food and wine overview tour of emilian wines, from Parma to Reggio Emilia and Bologna to arrive at the famous Enoteca Regionale di Dozza to taste little-known wines that nevertheless give the tourist surprising and intense sensations thanks to the passion of the producers and the use of new technologies.

First day

Visit to a production factory of Culatello of Zibello and tasting session of typical cold cuts of Parma in the nearby restaurant. Transfer to Parma hills and visit to a “Colli di Parma” wine cellar with tasting of Malvasia, Lambrusco, Sauvignon dei Colli di Parma wines and of other typical products. In the afternoon visit to the Tomato Museum in an old restored court and visit to a PDO Parmigiano-Reggiano dairy with tasting.
Overnight stay in Parma.

Second day

Visit to a pig farm and production site of Parma Ham with tasting of the “sweet ham”.
Visit to a Reggio Emilia winery with tasting of Chardonnay, Rosso dell’Emilia, Spumante (sparkling wine). Then lunch in a farm with typical local products.
In the afternoon visit to a vinegar cellar of Modena Traditional Balsamic Vinegar with tasting.
Overstay in hotel in the province of Modena.

Third day

Visit to a Colli Bolognesi winery with tasting of Pignoletto, Rosso di Bologna and Cabernet Sauvignon. Visit to the Enoteca Regionale di Dozza, an association that has been in place since 1970 to promote and improve the regional wine production and that keeps the best Emilia Romagna wines. Then lunch in a typical restaurant.
