Visit to a PDO Culatello di Zibello producer with reinforced cold cut tasting in the nearby restaurant. Transfer to Parma hills and visit to the magic Torrechiara castle with its rooms imbued with love and battles. Visit to a PDO Parma ham production factory and tasting of the sweet ham with possibility to purchase typical products on site. Overnight stay in an holiday farm or hotel.
Visit to a BIO vineyard and vegetable garden near Reggio Emilia to discover natural production techniques. Then natural baking course to discover the pleasure of working flour and yeast base with your own hands. After a bit of strain… a good BIO lunch!
