Once again, the charming historic center of Parma is set to host one of the most eagerly awaited culinary events of the year: Cena dei Mille 2025, scheduled for Tuesday, September 9. A spectacular long table will stretch through the heart of the city, from Piazza Garibaldi to Strada della Repubblica, welcoming a thousand guests for an unforgettable evening of culinary excellence, conviviality, and local tradition.

For the 2025 edition, the event will have the honor of hosting Chef Giancarlo Perbellini, a three Michelin-starred chef, who will create the appetizer for the gourmet dinner.


Completing the exclusive menu, designed to enhance the flavors of the region, Parma Quality Restaurants will take care of the aperitif and first course, ALMA – The International School of Italian Cuisine will prepare the second course, while the dessert will be crafted by the prestigious Chef to Chef association.
