Day one

Visit a producer to Wine Cellar of Colli di Parma Wine with tasting of the sweetly scented local wine. Lunch in at ypical restaurant inside Torrechiara Castle village. Afternoon: possibility to visit the Castle of Torrechiara. Dinner at leaisure and overnight at the wooden huts with two beds in the farm, in the Barboj park, with amazing views of the hills and of the Apennines (each hut has a beautiful private service with Turkish bath/hammam).

Day two

Breakfast and visit to a cheese factory of Parmigiano Reggiano and its breeding: illustration of production and seasoning secrets with small tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano aged 24 months. Visit to a Prosciutto di Parma plant with tasting. Opportunity to purchase typical products directly from the producers. The afternoon is free for a bike ride in Parma to visit the city centre.
