First day

Arrival in Bologna. Illustrative tour in Bologna city center with stop in a typical coffee shop. Free time for dinner and overnight stay in Bologna.

Second day

In Bologna city center visit to a Mortadella PGI production, to the Covered Market and to a historical chocolate shop. Show about fresh pasta preparation and lunch in a restaurant with the just prepared Bologna’s famous tortellini (stuffed pasta). In the afternoon visit to the Regional Winery in Dozza, inside the ancient village. Free time for dinner and overnight stay in Bologna.

Third day

On the way to Ravenna, stop near Faenza to visit an olive grove of Brisighella PDO oil and visit to a Romagna wines cellar with tasting-lunch of typical products (example: piadina and Squacquerone PDO cheese). In the afternoon visit to Ravenna old town and mosaics. Free time for dinner and overnight stay in Bologna.

Fourth day

Check-out. Transfer to Parma. Stop in Maranello to visit Ferrari Museum and then visit to a PGI Modena Traditional Balsamic Vinegar cellar with tasting-lunch with tigelle (typical bread) and typical cold cuts. In the afternoon visit to a distillery producing artisan liqueurs.
Continuation to Parma; free dinner and overnight stay in Parma.

Fifth day

Visit to a cheese factory of Parmigiano-Reggiano PDO near Reggio Emilia with tasting of this delicious food.
Visit to the Torrechiara castle and its village imbued with loves and battles. Then visit to a Colli di Parma wines cellar with tasting-lunch of typical products and local cold cuts. In the afternoon, visit to a ham factory and to a Black Pig farm for the production of the sweet PDO Parma Ham. Free time for dinner and overnight stay in Parma.

Sixth day

In the morning visit to Parma old town center and to the most charming monuments such as the pink marble Baptistery, the wooden Farnese Theatre and the Romanesque Cathedral frescoed by Correggio. Transfer to the Bassa Parmense (Parma Lowlands) and visit to the aging cellars of Zibello Culatello PDO; lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon visit to a Culatello di Zibello production laboratory to discover the aging secrets. Then visit to the new multimedia itinerary inside the nearby Giuseppe Verdi’s birthplace. Free time for dinner and overnight stay in Parma.

Seventh day

Transfer to Piacenza. Visit to a Coppa di Piacenza and PDO Piacenza Bacon farm.
Visit to a Piacenza hills winery with tasting-lunch. Afternnon visit to the fascinating Castell'Arquato ancient village.
