Day one - Parma, the small capital and UNESCO Creative city of Gastronomy

Visit of Parma’s old town centre: National Gallery, Farnese Theatre, St. Paul’s Rooms, Glauco Lombardi Museum, Steccata Church and the Ordine Costantiniano di San Giorgio Museum. Lunch in restaurant tasting the Food Valley products. Afternoon, visit to the Cathedral, Baptistery, St. John’s Church, the Casa della Musica, Ducal Garden. Dinner at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day two - Modena, UNESCO Romanesque art

Transfer to Modena. Tour of Modena old-town and its UNESCO sites: Cathedral, the Ghirlandina Tower, Piazza Grande. Light lunch in a loft where the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is produced. Afternoon, tour of the Galleria Ferrari Museum in Maranello or of the Enzo Ferrari Museum. Transfer to Bologna. Dinner at leisure and overnight stay in hotel.

Day three – Bologna UNESCO Creative city of music

Visit to the city centre: the Town Hall, Piazza Maggiore and surrounding buildings, Piazza del Nettuno, the Basilica of St. Petronius, Palazzo Archiginnasio, the small alleys of the medieval market, the Two Towers. Lunch in a restaurant featuring local cuisine. Afternoon, continuation of the visit to Bologna: Basilica S. Domenico, Basilica S. Stefano, the Jewish Ghetto and the medieval towers. Dinner at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day four – Ravenna UNESCO mosaics

Visit to the early Christian and Byzantine monuments of Ravenna of extraordinary importance due to the supreme artistic mastery of the mosaic. Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon free time on the fizzy Adriatic Coast. Departure.
