Our mission

Parma Incoming came into existence in 2001 as an evolution of the Consortium of Hotel owners PromoParma and our essential mission is to promote and develop tourism throughout the territory of Parma and Emilia Romagna guaranteeing our clients a top quality personal service.

The superiority of the services offered is guaranteed by the collaboration matured over 10 years of activity with all operators in the territory.  We have around 7.000 rooms available throughout the province, congress sites which can host up to 5.000 people, restaurants, tourist guides associations, public institutions, production facilities open to tourism, cooking schools, car and bus hire...

Incoming and DMC

Parma Incoming has a double nature. On the one hand we are Incoming Tour Operators offering all the functional services behind the creation of tailor made tourist itineraries both for groups and individuals, for example in the area of food or opera tours. 

On the other hand we are a Destination Management Company (DMC) which organizes incentive journeys, conventions, congresses, team building and events of a musical, sporting or food and wine nature.
